Standard Hardware Warranty
All industrial hardware comes with a minimum 12-month limited warranty cover for manufacturing defects.
Technical DOA Period
Hardware identified as Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 15 days of delivery qualifies for immediate replacement.
RMA Requirement
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any hardware is returned for evaluation.
Initiating a Return

Packaging
Pack the hardware in its original industrial packaging to prevent transit damage.

Evaluation
Our engineers will evaluate the unit and provide a repair/replacement report within 5 days.
